A1Zap Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Effective date: May 6, 2026
Company: A1base Inc. d/b/a A1Zap
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and A1base Inc., doing business as A1Zap ("A1Zap," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of A1Zap's websites, mobile applications, public pages, invite links, share links, feeds, chats, crews, communities, campus spaces, events, creator tools, mini apps, AI agents, bots, workflows, advertising products, subscriptions, Sparks, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, installing our app, joining a session, using a share link, clicking to accept, or otherwise indicating assent, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Rules and Acceptable Use Policy, our Cookie and Tracking Notice, any applicable U.S. State Privacy Addendum, and any additional terms that apply to particular features.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and age rules
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. A1Zap is not available to children under 13.
If you are located in Australia, you may be required to be at least 16 to create or keep an account or use social, feed, crew, chat, community, profile, creator, recommendation, or similar features. We may block, remove, suspend, restrict, or age-assure Australian accounts or features if required by law or if we determine that A1Zap may be treated as an age-restricted social media platform.
If the law where you live requires a higher age to use online services, consent to personal-information processing, receive targeted advertising, create social-media accounts, purchase subscriptions, or enter binding contracts, the higher age applies.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use of the Services. We may limit features for minors, including public discovery, direct messaging, creator publishing, monetization, advertising, public communities, app integrations, and paid features.
You may not use the Services if we previously suspended or terminated your account unless we expressly authorize reactivation.
3. Accounts, registration, quick signup, and guest access
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. This includes information collected through standard signup, quick signup, embedded mini-app authentication, invite-code flows, phone verification, campus or community onboarding, and guest-to-account conversion.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, devices, sessions, invite links, and verification methods. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account or session unless caused by A1Zap's breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Some features may allow guest access, public share-link access, invite-code access, or participation in a shared session before full registration. Guest access is limited and revocable. These Terms apply to guest activity. We may preserve, moderate, restrict, or associate guest-session data with a later-created account.
Some flows may require you to confirm legal assent before continuing. Your continued use of guest, invite, shared-session, or share-link features is also subject to these Terms.
4. The Services
A1Zap is a multi-feature platform. The Services may include profiles, feeds, chats, direct messages, group messages, crews, communities, campus spaces, event pages, shared sessions, creator publishing, mini apps, workflows, bots, AI agents, public pages, invite links, subscriptions, Sparks, sponsored content, advertising, and mobile app features.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, geofence, age-restrict, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Communities, crews, campuses, events, and shared spaces
A1Zap is social and collaborative. When you post, message, react, join a crew, join a community, join a campus space, RSVP to an event, participate in a shared mini-app session, or use a public share link, your profile information, content, participation, and activity may be visible to other users, guests, hosts, creators, moderators, administrators, or A1Zap depending on the feature design and settings.
Campus and community membership can reveal information about your school, organization, age range, interests, or social affiliation. If onboarding suggests, preselects, or auto-joins you to a community, we may provide a notice before or at the point of joining and allow you to leave where the feature permits.
Community administrators, campus administrators, event organizers, hosts, and moderators are responsible for their own conduct and must follow A1Zap's rules. They are not A1Zap employees, legal agents, or representatives unless we expressly say otherwise. A1Zap may override, review, or reverse community-level moderation or administrative decisions.
Offline events and interactions are organized by users or third parties unless A1Zap expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for your decisions to attend, host, or participate in any offline activity.
6. Your content and content licenses
As between you and A1Zap, you retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms and the rights of other users in shared or collaborative spaces.
You grant A1Zap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, transmit, modify for formatting, accessibility, safety, moderation, ranking, and technical operation, create derivative works as needed to operate the Services, and otherwise use your content to provide, improve, secure, promote, and administer the Services.
If you make content visible to other users, guests, communities, hosts, creators, administrators, or the public, you also grant them the rights reasonably necessary to access, view, display, share, and interact with that content through the Services according to the feature settings.
You are responsible for your content. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit, publish, send, upload, or share your content and that your content does not violate law, infringe rights, or breach these Terms.
Deleting content or deleting your account may not remove content already shared with others, copied by others, included in shared-session records, preserved for safety or legal reasons, or retained in backups.
7. AI, mini apps, agents, bots, and automation
A1Zap includes AI-powered features, mini apps, agents, bots, workflows, ranking systems, recommendation systems, safety systems, and automation tools. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, sending, publishing, or acting on them.
Do not use A1Zap as a substitute for professional advice or human judgment in legal, medical, mental-health, financial, employment, education, housing, insurance, credit, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-risk decisions. Do not use A1Zap to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on a person unless A1Zap expressly supports that use and all required legal safeguards are in place.
AI agents and mini apps act based on user or creator instructions and system constraints. They are software tools, not legal persons, employees, fiduciaries, or independent agents. You are responsible for how you configure, publish, share, and use them.
If an experience is AI-generated, automated, sponsored, creator-built, or not operated directly by A1Zap, you must not misrepresent that fact.
8. Creator, developer, publisher, and advertiser obligations
If you build, configure, publish, monetize, administer, promote, or operate a mini app, bot, workflow, integration, campaign, ad unit, sponsored experience, prompt package, or similar feature, you also agree to the A1Zap Creator, Developer, and Publisher Terms.
Creators and advertisers may not collect, export, sell, share, profile, track, or use end-user data outside approved A1Zap functionality unless A1Zap expressly approves the flow in writing and all legally required notices, consents, opt-outs, age restrictions, and security controls are implemented.
Creators may not add hidden pixels, SDKs, fingerprinting, tracking redirects, malware, crypto-miners, secret outbound calls, undisclosed data collection, or code that bypasses A1Zap's safety, privacy, monetization, or platform controls.
9. Advertising, sponsorships, referrals, and endorsements
A1Zap may offer advertising, sponsored content, referral programs, creator promotions, community promotions, event promotions, and similar growth features. Ads and sponsored content must be truthful, not misleading, and clearly disclosed where required.
If you promote a product, service, creator experience, community, event, or sponsor through A1Zap, you are responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, and platform rules. Paid relationships, free products, affiliate relationships, referral benefits, and material connections must be disclosed clearly and prominently.
A1Zap may label, reject, remove, restrict, demonetize, or require changes to ads, sponsored content, promotions, or creator monetization if needed for legal, safety, policy, user-protection, or reputational reasons.
10. Paid features, Sparks, subscriptions, and purchases
A1Zap may offer paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, Sparks, creator monetization, ad products, promotional credits, or other paid features.
Sparks are a limited, revocable license to access certain A1Zap features. Sparks are not cash, stored value, a bank account, legal tender, or property. Sparks are non-transferable and may be subject to limits, expiration, feature availability, and platform rules.
Except where required by law, contract, or platform policy, payments are non-refundable and unused Sparks may be forfeited when an account is deleted, suspended, or terminated. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer rights or refund rights under applicable law or app-store policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. We will disclose price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and material limitations at or before purchase. Cancellation may be available through account settings, the applicable app store, or the payment processor, as applicable.
If A1Zap offers promotional pricing, founder pricing, or lifetime-style marketing claims, the exact purchase screen controls. A1Zap will not use "forever" or similar language unless it is prepared to honor that promise subject only to clearly disclosed and legally defensible limitations.
11. Mobile apps and app stores
If you download our mobile app from Apple, Google, or another authorized app store, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the object-code copy of the app on a device you own or control, solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
App stores are not responsible for the Services, support, claims, or warranties, except to the extent required by their rules. Purchases through an app store may be subject to app-store payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription terms.
If the app allows account creation, A1Zap provides an in-app path, web link, or support path to request deletion of the account and associated data where required by app-store rules or applicable law.
12. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Community Rules and Acceptable Use Policy. Without limiting those rules, you may not use the Services to:
- Break the law or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, exploit, sexualize, or endanger another person.
- Target, groom, manipulate, or exploit minors.
- Impersonate another person, school, business, administrator, creator, community, or A1Zap.
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, mass invites, deceptive referrals, or abusive growth campaigns.
- Scrape, harvest, export, broker, or misuse personal information.
- Upload malware, exploit code, credential stealers, or security-testing payloads without authorization.
- Circumvent age gates, privacy controls, payment controls, rate limits, safety systems, moderation, or enforcement.
- Use A1Zap for high-risk decisions without required safeguards.
- Misrepresent whether content is automated, AI-generated, sponsored, paid, or creator-built.
13. Moderation, enforcement, and safety
We may monitor, review, remove, block, label, downrank, geofence, age-restrict, demonetize, refuse to distribute, suspend, terminate, or preserve content, accounts, communities, creator experiences, ads, or transactions if we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to operate the Services, protect users, enforce policies, comply with law, respond to reports, prevent harm, protect platform integrity, or address legal, safety, security, product, or reputational risk.
We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, trusted flags, vendor tools, or other signals for moderation and enforcement. We may provide appeals where required by law or where we choose to do so. We may decline appeals that are abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy and any supplemental privacy notices.
15. Third-party services
The Services may include links, integrations, payment processors, app stores, AI model providers, creator experiences, advertiser content, or other third-party services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, performance, security, or practices.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms and privacy policies before using third-party services.
16. Intellectual property, feedback, and IP complaints
A1Zap and its licensors own the Services, including software, code, interfaces, designs, systems, models, safety tools, ranking systems, trademarks, logos, and other platform technology, excluding user content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, extract, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by A1Zap.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant A1Zap a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
If you believe content on A1Zap infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact help@a1base.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We may maintain additional copyright and repeat-infringer processes as legally required.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available controls.
We may suspend or terminate your account, access, sessions, creator privileges, communities, ads, or paid features if you breach these Terms, create risk, cause harm, violate law, misuse the Services, or if we reasonably need to protect users, A1Zap, third parties, or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Content, Sparks, subscriptions, data, and access will be handled as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable purchase terms, app-store rules, and applicable law.
18. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. A1Zap disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services, AI outputs, feeds, recommendations, mini apps, chats, creator experiences, ads, or third-party services will be accurate, safe, lawful, available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1Zap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or similar losses arising out of or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1Zap's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to A1Zap in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Indemnity
If you use the Services for commercial purposes, as a creator, developer, publisher, advertiser, community administrator, event organizer, or in violation of these Terms, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A1Zap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, conduct, creator experience, ad, integration, community, event, breach of these Terms, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by A1Zap's own breach or misconduct.
21. U.S. dispute resolution
This Section applies only if you reside in the United States.
Before filing a claim, you and A1Zap agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting help@a1base.com and giving the other party at least 30 days to respond.
Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief relating to misuse of intellectual property, confidential information, security, or platform integrity, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You and A1Zap waive jury trials and agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, consolidated, private-attorney-general, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing help@a1base.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms and stating that you opt out of arbitration. The opt-out must include your name, account email or phone number, and a clear statement that you opt out.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.
22. Australia and other non-U.S. users
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
For Australian users, these Terms will be interpreted in a way that avoids unfair contract terms. If a term is found unfair, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
23. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by posting an updated version, updating the effective date, providing in-product notice, or sending email notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
