How to delete your account in the app
- Go to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom and open Account settings and deletion.
- Tap Delete account and follow the confirmation prompts.
If you cannot access the app, email help@a1base.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Deleting your account will remove or de-identify personal information associated with your account, except information A1Zap must or may retain for legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, or legitimate business purposes. Public, shared, or collaborative content may remain where removal would affect other users, safety records, legal records, or shared session integrity.
Subscriptions, Sparks, and shared content
- Cancel active subscriptions through the relevant app store, Stripe, or billing provider if required by that provider's cancellation flow.
- Unused Sparks may be forfeited when your account is deleted, except where law or platform policy requires otherwise.
- Shared chats, group content, public pages, creator experiences, moderation records, billing records, and backups may be retained or de-identified according to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
